LABOR Broker Open House Tours

LABOR Broker Open House Tours for Stowe/Waterbury take place the first and third Tuesday of the month when there are enough properties to be shown.  Morrisville/Hyde Park and northern towns will have Broker Open House Tours on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month.

Properties must be submitted by NOON on the Friday prior to the date of the Broker Open House Tour.  Submissions after that date will be put on the wait list. Email notifications will go out when the schedule is posted.  You must go to the site each week and check the schedule under Open House Tour.  The Open House Tour will be posted by Friday afternoon for the following week.  It is recommended that you check again on the Monday evening before the Tuesday Broker Open House Tour as any changes will show up on the web site.  We will do our utmost to notify you of changes when possible, but be sure to check before you venture out.
