LABOR Broker Open House Tours

LABOR Broker Open House Tours for Stowe/Waterbury take place on Tuesdays when there are enough properties to be shown.  Morrisville/Hyde Park and northern towns will have Broker Caravan Tours on the first and third Thursday of the month, when there are enough properties to be shown.

Properties for Stowe must be submitted by NOON on the Friday prior to the date of the Broker Open House Tour.  Late submissions and changes may be considered up until Monday at noon. Email notifications will go out when the schedule is posted.  For Morrisville/North Caravans, submissions must be made by noon on the Tuesday prior. You must go to the site each week and check the schedule under Open House Tour.  The Open House Tour will be posted by Friday afternoon for the following week, or Tuesdays for the Caravan. It is recommended that you check again before you head out for any any changes and updates that will show up on the website.  We will do our utmost to notify you of changes when possible, but be sure to check before you venture out.
