Vermont Fire Safety – Change of Ownership Inspection Review

Shawn Goodelll, Assistant State Fire Marshall will give an overview of what Assistant State Fire Marshals typically see and write up as violations on a change of ownership inspections. This class reviews what agents need to know to help their buyer and seller clients navigate the requirements for fire safety systems, and the more extensive requirements in public buildings, which include condominiums for sale.
