The Topnotch Residences are a limited collection of just 27 turnkey, one- to four-bedroom condominium homes. The Residences will be in a new three-story building on the Topnotch Resort grounds with direct access to the Resort. Delivery of the Residences will be accompanied by an exciting redesign and upgrade of the entire resort property, including guest rooms, spa, lobby, and Topnotch’s two restaurants.
