| Qualification – According to the Lamoille Area Board of REALTORS® Bylaws, Affiliate Members shall be real estate owners and other individuals or firms who, while not engaged in the real estate profession as defined in Article IV Section 1.a (REALTOR® Members) or 1.b (Institute Affiliate Members), have interests requiring information concerning real estate, and are in sympathy with the objectives of the Board. Affiliate Members may not vote or hold office on the Board. |

| Typically, Affiliate Members offer services which compliment the real estate transaction. Examples of these services are: Banks, Fuel Providers, Attorneys, Property Inspectors, and Insurance Companies. |
